Unchained Digital LLC respects the information people trust us with. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Unchained Digital websites, assessments, forms, funnels, digital products, event inquiries, and services that link to it, including unchaineddigital.net and go.unchaineddigital.net. It does not apply to a third party's independent practices or to information governed by a separate written client agreement.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and professional role.
- Business and project information, including your goals, operations, systems, technology, audience, budget, timeline, challenges, and other details you choose to provide.
- Assessment information, including answers, scores, result categories, and related recommendations.
- Content and files, such as links, documents, recordings, images, footage, brand materials, or intellectual property you intentionally submit for a project.
- Event information, including event type, date, location, guest details, services requested, and planning context.
- Transaction information, such as the product or service purchased, payment status, and billing details. Payment providers process payment card information. Unchained Digital does not intend to collect full payment card numbers through its website forms.
- Technical information, such as device type, browser, IP address, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction data when collected by our hosting, security, form, or analytics providers.
- Communications, including messages, support requests, meeting notes, feedback, and records of your preferences.
Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, protected health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data through a public form unless we specifically request it through an approved secure process.
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you complete an assessment or form, purchase a product, book a call, request a service, communicate with us, attend an event, or provide materials for a project. We may also receive limited information automatically through our website infrastructure and from service providers that help us operate forms, CRM records, payments, communications, scheduling, security, and analytics.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate fit, scope, timing, and next steps.
- Calculate assessment results and provide relevant recommendations.
- Deliver products, services, events, implementations, support, and client communications.
- Maintain CRM records and preserve the context needed to serve you consistently.
- Process purchases and administer accounts, access, fulfillment, and customer support.
- Send transactional, service, scheduling, and other non-marketing communications you request.
- Send educational or promotional communications where permitted and with any consent required by law.
- Improve our websites, assessments, customer experience, products, operations, and security.
- Protect our rights, prevent misuse or fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
5. AI and automation
Unchained Digital builds and uses AI-enabled systems, automation, and human-reviewed workflows. Information you intentionally provide may be processed by technology providers acting on our behalf when needed to analyze an assessment, organize project context, prepare deliverables, operate a system, or provide a requested service.
We do not claim ownership of your confidential business information merely because you submit it. Project-specific ownership, confidentiality, data handling, and AI-use obligations may also be addressed in a separate client agreement. Do not submit confidential or regulated information through a public form when a secure project channel or written agreement is more appropriate.
8. Communications and choices
When you provide a phone number for a request, we may send non-marketing messages about that request. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or communicate your preference through any reasonable method.
Marketing emails, when sent, include an unsubscribe option. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional, fulfillment, support, or service communications.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver products or services, maintain accurate business records, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the business. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when deciding what to submit through a public form.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have rights concerning consent, processing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
To submit a request, use our contact form and clearly state that the message concerns a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
12. Children's privacy
Our websites, products, and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

14. Third-party services and links
Our websites may link to or embed services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information directly to a third party.
